Martial Arts-Style Aerobics Classes
Strike is a martial arts-based mixed impact aerobic workout that uses kicks, jabs and a range of punches to give you a great workout!
Combat-style classes are great for toning up while keeping your heart rate raised to help you shed those pounds!
A typical class will include:
Safe punching technique
Safe kicking technique
Simple choreography combining aerobics and combat-style techniques
A cool down
Some strength work
Strike is non contact and does not require the use of pads or gloves (but we might just use them if we feel like it!).Back to Main Page
