I am grateful for the &#8220;grounding&#8221; during &#8220;barefoot tai chi&#8221; in the garden<\/p>\n<p>July 3 &#8211; I am grateful for a helpful brother who stayed up until past 1am to help me with a hardware issue<\/p>\n<p>July 4 &#8211; I am grateful for abundant energy during my Saturday morning super workout today<\/p>\n<p>I am grateful for backups!!!<\/p>\n<p>July 5 &#8211; I am grateful I managed to book my holiday online &#8211; dates, flight, airport transfers, suitcases<\/p>\n<p>July 6 &#8211; I am grateful for my freezer packed with healthy ingredients to make healthy meals in a short time<\/p>\n<p>July 7 &#8211; I am grateful I made it to Hinckley on time today<br \/>\n(no matter the huge amount of lorries everywhere)<\/p>\n<p>July 8 &#8211; I am grateful for being able to borrow another car today<\/p>\n<p>July 9 &#8211; I am grateful my car battery went flat while my brother was around, so he was able to help &amp; advise<\/p>\n<p>July 10 &#8211; I am grateful for getting *4* green lights in a row on a major road<\/p>\n<p>July 11 &#8211; I am grateful for finding a nice, discounted blackcurrant plant at Asda<\/p>\n<p>July 12 &#8211; I am grateful for the chance to sleep in on a Sunday morning<\/p>\n<p>July 13 &#8211; I am grateful for slippery elm<\/p>\n<p>July 14 &#8211; I am grateful for great energy levels through the day<\/p>\n<p>July 15 &#8211; I am grateful for finding a way to ship the heavy book I recently sold on Amazon at a decent price<\/p>\n<p>July 16 &#8211; I am grateful for my mum \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>July 22 &#8211; I am grateful for a lovely lunch salad<\/p>\n<p>July 23 &#8211; I am grateful I have found 4 working rechargeable batteries around the house<\/p>\n<p>July 24 &#8211; I am grateful this morning&#8217;s workout in the park was dry and it started to rain only afterwards!<\/p>\n<p>July 25 &#8211; I am grateful for the homegrown gooseberries I was gifted yesterday<\/p>\n<p>July 26 &#8211; I am grateful for all the longanberries and blackberries I harvested from my garden yesterday<\/p>\n<p>July 27 &#8211; I am grateful my spin shorts dry off quickly even after exposure to torrential rain<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_hide\">July 28 &#8211;
