Martial Arts-Style Aerobics Classes
Strike is a martial arts-based mixed impact aerobic workout that uses kicks, jabs and a range of punches to give you a great workout!
Combat-style classes are great for toning up while keeping your heart rate raised to help you shed those pounds!
A typical class will include:
A warm-up
Safe punching technique
Safe kicking technique
Simple choreography combining aerobics and combat-style techniques
A cool down
Some strength work
Strike is non contact and does not require the use of pads or gloves (but we might just use them if we feel like it!).
